Discovering New York Like a Tourist with Regis

August 25, 2015 11:04 pm

“Visiting New York” was a great experience despite the intense heat and Regis getting lost and  being more than a half-hour late.  Our first adventure was The Ride, a tourist custom-built theater bus with an amazing view that took us to Madame Tussauds Wax Museum, where we hung out for a while with all those incredible wax figures. Later on that day, we enjoyed some seriously delicious food at Ellen’s Stardust Diner while we were serenaded by the talented singing waitstaff. As if it wasn’t enough, we topped off our evening at the Minus 5 Ice Bar. I still can’t wrap my mind around how cold it was and how beautiful all the ice sculptures looked.

Until next time!
