John and Yvette's Spike Chicken
Take 4 or 6 pieces of Skinless Chicken Breast
1 cup of Olive oil
11/2 cups of lemon juice
11/2 tablespoon of Spike Seasoning
Mix the Olive oil and the Lemon juice and the Spike seasoning in a good size bowl for marinating, mix together then place the Chicken breast in the marinade let it marinate for 2 hours. Cook on grill for 15 to 20 mins no longer. You can have tator tots or French frys and bake beans also good with bake potato. Hope you enjoy it. My husband makes a great marinade with wine for steaks. If you're ever in the neighborhood drop a line for some steaks and bring the kids.
