Renee's Snow Bars
1 Cup Butter
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1egg yolk, beaten
2 cups flour

10 oz. white chocolate ( I highly recommend Guittard brand of chocolate) macadamia nuts, chopped
Mix together Butter and both sugars. Cream until light and fluffy.
Add 1 beaten egg YOLK. Add flour. Mix well.
Spread on a cookie sheet. (with sides)
Pressing down with your fingers and spreading to the edges, keeping the dough even thickness on the pan.
Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes. Until golden brown on top.
Let cook for a few minutes.
Meanwhile, melt the white choc. chips in the microwave according to package directions. Spread over baked "cookie" Sprinkle with chopped macadamia nuts. Cut and serve while warm.
Double the recipe if using a jelly roll pan.
This is a great dessert to serve from the most simple to the fanciest of dinners.
