MIXY'S RHUBARB CUSTARD PIE
In a buttered, glass pie plate put 2 cups diced rhubarb, 1 tablespoon butter, 1/2 cup sugar and 2 heaping tablespoons tapioca.
Topping:
1/2 cup sugar
1 large Tbsp. butter
1 beaten egg
1/2 tsp. salt
Cream these together in a bowl, and then add:
1/2 cup pastry flour
1 level tsp. baking powder
Mix well. Spread over rhubarb mixture. Bake at 350 F.
for 30 minutes.
