Red Skin Potato Salad
Wash 5lbs of redskin potatos, and the place in a pan and cook until soft. Drain and cut into bite sized pieces when cool.
Finely chop 6 green onions and place in a boel with the chopped potatos.
Add 10 to 12 ounces of ranch dressing. Stir gently, and sprinkle with a little black pepper. Put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours or overnight.
