Joyce's Easy Salsa
1 can Rotel tomatoes and green chilies
1 small can chopped black olives
1 small can green chilies
4 green onions, chopped (tops and all!)
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. white vinegar
1 tsp. seasoned salt
Combine all ingredients and refrigerate overnight. Use as a salsa for dipping, on tacos and fajitas, or on nachos. Easy and delicious!
