Robin's Cool Dessert
Take an angel food cake and cut it in half horizontally. Put Strawberry sherbet between the two layers and place layers back together. Fill the hole in the center with strawberry sherbet. Take a container of low cool whip and put a couple of drops of red food coloring in it to change it to a pink color. Ice the entire cake with cool whip. Cover the cake and place in the freezer until ice cream is set. When you slice the cake top with fresh strawberries. It is a pretty, delicious and low fat dessert.
