Jamie's Cauliflower Salad

1 head of lettuce, chopped
1 head of cauliflower, chopped
1 pound of bacon, chopped and cooked crisp
1 500 ml jar of HELLMAN'S REAL MAYONNAISE

Layer ingredients in large bowl, mix mayo in, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Refrigerate overnight and serve the next day.
