Yes, that video's available in the store on the website. Once in a while I throw it on but most of the time I stick to the treadmill

I have unbelievably sweet memories of that time in Ft.Worth. Thank you for coming to that show. Right now I'm recording a brand new record and would love an invitation from that symphony to work with them again.

How many miles a day do you walk on the treadmill? I am walking about 2 to 4 miles a day in an effort to lose some weight. It is slow in coming off.

I first started walking after Cody was born--12 years ago. For me it was helpful in maintaining my weight. When I started running though, the weight started coming off.

I didn't intend to cut my hair that day but I desperately needed a trim after all the wear and tear of the play Thumbs. As Diane started trimming, I kept saying "ah, maybe a little more off" and just today I was thinking I really could use a trim!!

Usually I write the lyrics first but more recently I've come in with a lyrical concept and then my collaborator and I develop it from there.

The new album is called "I'd Rather" and it basically reflects the spiritual and emotional experiences of the past 3 years in my own life but I still think that anyone who's lived will be able to relate to it.
