Wings for Success provides work clothing, wardrobe guidance and confidence building to low income women in their area who are seeking employment. More than 60 referral partners send clients to WINGS. They represent a variety of organizations, from Welfare-to-Work Programs to Domestic Violence and the Chester Country Intermediate Unit's Young Parents Program. They have served over 425 clients to date. They continue to conduct their Professional Image Workshops on a regular basis. And to further assist their clients in achieving success, WINGS has partenered with the mentoring programs at two local organizations.

WINGS is currently undertaking a capital compaign to secure funds for a new space that will be more accessible to their clients and give them the room necessary to expand their services, provide privacy for some of their clients, and make parking and clothing storage less burdensome.
