The Kids For Kids Project and special guest artist Kathie Lee Gifford present "A GENERATION FOR CHANGE" CD

The Kids For Kids Project is proud to announce its first-ever CD: A Generation for Change. The CD features the talents of young theatrical professionals who comprise The Kids for Kids Project, along with special guest artist Kathie Lee Gifford.

The CD was created to raise awareness and funds for Duchenne (du-shen) Muscular Dystrophy, the world's most common lethal genetic muscle disorder affecting children of all races and cultures. It is available for $20 through mail order at 1-800-714-KIDS.

With a hip tempo, the music tackles scientific subjects and makes complex issues easy for kids to understand through songs like ItÕs Not Contagious and DNA Rap. In addition, social issues that physically disabled children face every day, like being excluded from sports and stared at for being in a wheelchair, are presented in a positive light through tunes like 1000 Ways to Dance and Through My Eyes.

With inclusion and acceptance an overall theme of the CD, We Can Be Kind, performed by Kathie Lee Gifford, symbolizes the overall mission for kids to celebrate differences.

The magic of laughter, music and dance make this CD engaging and easy to understand," says Kimberly Galberaith, President of The Kids for Kids Project Muscular Dystrophy. "What better a way to educate and promote understanding to kids, than with kids?"
