Have you ever watched a child tell a story? Every detail explained beautifully, every moment as important as the next. With this urgency and childlike honesty The Kids for Kids Project has set out to tell the story of...
Inclusion.
The Kids for Kids Project is a national charitable organization that works in affiliation with Parent Project Muscular Dystrophy Research, Inc. Our mission is simple:
- To educate children and their families about Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, genetic disorders and physical disabilities by teaching tolerance, understanding and inclusion.
Our goal is to ensure that all children, disabled and non-disabled are given the same rights and the same opportunity to experience life to its fullest.

Through entertaining Broadway-like productions filled with upbeat choreography and the universal language of music, The Kids for Kids Project travels to schools and communities throughout the country fostering greater awareness and understanding of genetic disorders and physical disabilities.
What better way to educate and promote understanding to kids, than with kids? Through the magic of music and dance The Kids for Kids Project tackles such complex scientific subjects such as DNA and heredity ... sensitive issues like staring at people in wheelchairs ... and today's issues of peer pressure and tolerance. By presenting these topics in a style that children readily embrace such as music, we find that our message is not only heard, but also understood.
After all, a child's voice is heard above all others. Let these voices send the message that we as a nation, as families, as human beings are tired of seeing violence and destruction among todayÕs youth. Let these voices serve as inspiration for a kinder, more compassionate generation to come. Let these voices conquer the fear and open up a whole new world to children who already have so many health obstacles to tackle.
Inclusion...improving the quality of life for all individuals.
